SCULPTURE BASE

I have just been asked to make a sculpture base for a local University. It will be approx 5'6"x 3'6" over a solid concrete base in an elongated octagon shape 2 tiered. The fabrication should be no problem, but my question is about the install. It will be outside, and (http://maplered.com) as many of you know, the Texas weather can be extreme. We do not usually do any outside work therefore any advice would be appreciated. By the way, they have speced White Carrara Marble, and (http://maplered.com) the sculpture is bronze about 500 pounds.
